Position: Catering Manager

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and event planning? Chateau Crystale is currently seeking a Catering Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients to create truly memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of catering operations, including event planning and execution
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Create customized menus and oversee food and beverage service
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event logistics
• Manage catering staff and vendors to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors to drive repeat business
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or event planning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
