We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. General Contractors

As a General Contractor at Cherry Demolition, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of demolition projects. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and on-site personnel to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and schedule project timelines
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
– Monitor and enforce safety protocols
– Manage project budgets and expenses
– Communicate with clients regarding project progress

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of construction techniques and processes
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– OSHA certification is preferred

2. Demolition Contractors

Our Demolition Contractors play a crucial role in our company by executing demolition projects with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring that all demolition work meets safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Operate excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery
– Safely demolish structures according to project specifications
– Dispose of debris and hazardous materials properly
– Assist with site cleanup and recycling efforts
– Follow safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:
– Experience operating heavy machinery
– Knowledge of demolition techniques and equipment
– Understanding of environmental regulations
– Ability to work in a team environment
– CDL license is a plus

3. Recycling Centers

Our Recycling Centers team is responsible for processing and recycling materials from demolition projects. You will play a key role in reducing waste and promoting sustainability by sorting, separating, and processing recyclable materials.

Responsibilities:
– Sort and separate recyclable materials
– Operate recycling machinery and equipment
– Monitor and maintain recycling center operations
– Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
– Assist with inventory management and logistics

Qualifications:
– Knowledge of recycling processes and equipment
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Commitment to environmental sustainability
– Forklift certification is a plus
