We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Our menu features classic French dishes made with the finest ingredients sourced locally and from France. We take pride in offering our guests a cozy and elegant dining atmosphere, where they can relax and enjoy a taste of France right here in the city.

We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Server

• Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate menu items and specials to guests
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

2. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

3. Host/Hostess

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

– Food safety certification (for Cook positions)
