Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

Job Description:

As a Mental Health Clinician at Child & Adolescent Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues. You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Developing treatment plans that address clients’ goals and objectives
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

To be considered for the position of Mental Health Clinician, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Professional Counselor
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
