Job Title: Educational Specialist

As an Educational Specialist at CLI, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative educational programs to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing learning environment that fosters growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging educational programs that align with best practices and educational standards
• Assess children’s learning needs and develop individualized learning plans
• Provide professional development and training to educators and caregivers
• Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements
• Stay up-to-date on research and trends in early childhood education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with young children in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
