Position: Early Childhood Educator

Children’s Red Door Learning Academy LLC is currently seeking energetic and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our young learners and creating a positive educational experience for each child.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Position: Child Care Assistant

We are also looking for dedicated Child Care Assistants to support our educators and ensure the well-being of all children in our care. As a Child Care Assistant, you will help create a positive and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities and routines
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Help maintain a clean and organized learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• Patience, compassion, and a love for working with children
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
