Positions Available:

Front of House:

Our front of house team members are the face of Chiles, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Handling payments and operating the POS system
• Assisting with cleaning and setup tasks

Back of House:

Our back of house team plays a crucial role in preparing and cooking our delicious Mexican dishes. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients and cooking dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Specific qualifications for each position include:

Front of House:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus

Back of House:

• Experience working in a kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A passion for cooking and food preparation
