Are you passionate about Chinese cuisine and looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are currently searching for talented individuals to join our team at China Bear. If you have a love for Asian cuisine and a desire to excel in the restaurant industry, we want to hear from you!

Position: Server

As a Server at China Bear, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders to the correct tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Handle payment transactions and process bills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Position: Line Cook

We are also seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team at China Bear. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours
