Position: Restaurant Manager

As a growing restaurant, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage and train staff to deliver top-notch customer service
• Create staff schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Food safety certification is preferred
