Position: Sushi Chef

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful and delicious sushi dishes that keep our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

• Create a wide variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi offerings
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared to perfection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to coordinate orders
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests at the sushi bar

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of different types of fish and seafood
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Position: Line Cook

We are also seeking a skilled Line Cook to assist with the preparation of our delicious Chinese and Japanese dishes. This role is crucial to ensuring that our customers receive top-quality meals every time they visit our buffet.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes
• Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a similar restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Chinese and Japanese cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
