We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the following position:

Position: Church Administrator

As a church administrator at Chinese Christian Herald, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our church. This position requires a strong understanding of administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Manage church calendar and schedule events
• Coordinate with volunteers and staff members
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Communicate with congregation members and community partners
• Organize and maintain church records and documents

Qualifications:

• Experience in office administration or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
