Position: Sous Chef

Job Description:

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation
• Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure food quality meets our standards
• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu options

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and seafood cooking techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Position: Waitstaff

Job Description:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
• Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus
