1. Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at Chinese Youth Camp, you will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
– Preparing and cooking traditional Chinese dishes
– Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and presentation
– Managing inventory and ordering supplies
– Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

2. Servers

We are also looking for experienced servers to join our front of house team. As a Server at Chinese Youth Camp, your duties will include:
– Greeting and seating customers
– Taking food and drink orders
– Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
– Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction

3. Dishwashers

If you are looking to start your career in the restaurant industry, we have opportunities available for Dishwashers. As a Dishwasher at Chinese Youth Camp, you will be responsible for:
– Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
– Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation
– Maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area
– Following all health and safety guidelines
