Position: Home Builders/General Contractors

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Home Builders/General Contractors to join our team. As a Home Builder/General Contractor at Christ Embassy, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in home building/general contracting
• A strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
