We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Social Worker:

As a Social Worker at Christ Fellowship Missionary, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. Your primary responsibilities will include providing counseling, support, and advocacy for individuals and families facing various challenges. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who is dedicated to helping others overcome obstacles and build a better future for themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families in need
• Advocate for clients and help them navigate social service systems
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of social service resources and programs

2. Outreach Coordinator:

As an Outreach Coordinator at Christ Fellowship Missionary, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to engage with the community and raise awareness of our mission. This role requires a creative and proactive individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop outreach strategies to connect with individuals and organizations in the community
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and educational programs
• Promote our services and programs through various channels (social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to coordinate outreach efforts
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in outreach or community engagement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for serving the community and promoting social change
