Position: Worship Leader

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and charismatic Worship Leader to join our ministry team. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading congregational singing, selecting appropriate worship songs, and coordinating music for our services and special events. This individual will work closely with our Pastor and other church leaders to create a worshipful atmosphere that inspires and engages our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead congregational singing during worship services
– Select and arrange worship songs in coordination with the Pastor
– Coordinate music for special events, such as Easter, Christmas, and other holidays
– Rehearse and train musicians and vocalists
– Ensure a high standard of musical excellence and spiritual focus in worship

Qualifications:

– Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in singing and playing an instrument (e.g., piano, guitar)
– Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting
– Familiarity with a variety of worship styles (contemporary, traditional, gospel, etc.)
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
– Genuine passion for leading others in worship and deepening their relationship with God
