Auto Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Auto Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments and service recommendations
• Provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicles
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs

Parts Specialist

As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and organizing parts to ensure that our technicians have everything they need to complete repairs efficiently. • Order automotive parts and track inventory levels
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts
