Christian Community Church is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Worship Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a heart for worship and a desire to lead others in praise and worship of God.

Position: Worship Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services on Sundays and special events
• Select and arrange music for worship services
• Coordinate with musicians and vocalists
• Work closely with the pastor to create a cohesive worship experience
• Provide spiritual leadership to the worship team
• Participate in church events and outreach programs

Qualifications:

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Ability to play a musical instrument is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with a variety of worship styles and traditions
