Position: Christmas Tree Sales Associate

Location: Multiple locations across the United States

Job Description

As a Christmas Tree Sales Associate, your main role will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect Christmas tree for their homes. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each customer has a memorable experience while shopping at Christmas Tree Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and cutting down Christmas trees
• Offer guidance on tree care and maintenance
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different types of Christmas trees and holiday decorations
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
