We are Hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Minister

Church of Christ In Andover Place is seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Minister to join our team. The Youth Minister will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our youth ministry, including planning and implementing youth events, leading youth group meetings, and providing spiritual guidance to our youth members. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith and a heart for serving young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate youth events and activities
• Lead weekly youth group meetings and provide spiritual guidance
• Develop relationships with youth members and their families
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into overall church mission

Qualifications:

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to serving others
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize events
• Team player with a positive attitude
