Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect cigar, cigarette, pipe, or tobacco product based on their preferences and budget
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their overall shopping experience
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays
• Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service to encourage repeat business
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and regulations related to the sale of tobacco products

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in the cigar, cigarette, or tobacco industry
• Strong knowledge of premium cigars, cigarettes, pipes, and tobacco products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing top-notch service to customers
• Must be at least 18 years old and comply with all legal regulations related to the sale of tobacco products
