Circle Pawn Shop – Loan Officer

Circle Pawn Shop is a reputable pawnbroker located in the heart of downtown. We have been providing top-notch service to our customers for over 20 years, offering loans on a wide variety of items including jewelry, electronics, and more. We are currently seeking a Loan Officer to join our team and help us continue to provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Position: Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise items brought in by customers for loans
• Explain loan terms and contracts to customers clearly and accurately
• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately
• Manage loan payments and collections
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding their loans

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a pawn shop or similar financial institution preferred
• Strong knowledge of pawnbroking practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
