Position Available: Front Desk Associate

Job Description:

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide outstanding customer service
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and answer any inquiries they may have
• Handle phone reservations and assist with any reservations or changes in bookings
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
