Position: Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Anytown, USA

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in the cases
• Maintain accurate and timely case management records

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
