Position: Medical Clinic Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Clarewood is currently seeking a talented and experienced Medical Clinic Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. The Medical Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants, receptionists, and other support staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling to minimize wait times and improve patient satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores and appointment scheduling efficiency
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in clinic management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in clinic management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
