We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated attorney to join our team.

Position: Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to family law matters
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on issues such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and other family law matters
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience practicing family law or related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
