Job Title: Accounting Services Specialist

Job Description:

As an Accounting Services Specialist at Clean Books Tax, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their accounting and bookkeeping needs. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
• Assisting with tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to clients based on their business needs.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
