Job Description:

As an Environmental & Ecological Consultant at Clean Harbors Inc, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex environmental regulations and develop sustainable solutions for their businesses. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including environmental assessments, remediation plans, and ecological surveys.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential risks and liabilities
– Develop and implement remediation plans to address contamination and pollution issues
– Perform ecological surveys and assessments to protect endangered species and habitats
– Assist clients in achieving compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
– Provide technical support and expertise to clients on a wide range of environmental issues
– Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
– Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
