Position: Licensed Counselor

Job Description:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with a variety of mental health concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients’ emotional well-being
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent license
• Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
