We are Hiring!

Position: Chef

We are currently looking for a skilled Chef to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing traditional Hunan dishes with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for cooking and a thorough understanding of Chinese culinary techniques. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients and cooking dishes to order
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new dishes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Position: Server

We are also seeking a friendly and attentive Server to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Delivering dishes to tables in a timely manner
• Providing recommendations on our menu offerings

Position: Dishwasher

We have an opening for a Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dishware. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitized
• Assisting with food prep and kitchen organization
