Position Available: Clinic Administrator

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Administrator to join our team at Clinica Comunitaria Mundo. The Clinic Administrator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for making a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic
  • Manage clinic finances, including billing, invoicing, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare administrative role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in medical billing and coding
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
