Job Description

At Clinicare, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services to patients of all ages. The Physician will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, as well as promote preventative care and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active state medical license
