Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at Clista’s Wellness Studio, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to a diverse caseload of patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that promote healing, recovery, and overall well-being. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients’ needs and goals
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques
• Educating patients on self-care techniques and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
