Job Description

We are currently seeking talented and motivated Personal Injury Law Attorneys to join our growing team. As an attorney at Clyde J. Moore, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases, including car accidents, slip and fall injuries, medical malpractice, and more. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and guidance throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide exceptional client service and support

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
