Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disability services and a commitment to advocating for individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a range of programs and services to support individuals with disabilities in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and services to support individuals with disabilities
- Provide advocacy and support to individuals with disabilities and their families
- Create and maintain individualized service plans for each client
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to provide comprehensive support services
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals with disabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working in disability services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
