We are currently hiring for the following position:

Job Title: Member Service Representative

As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide financial education and guidance to members
• Handle member complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
