Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance
• Educate customers on our products and services to help them make informed financial decisions
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or banking preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
