As an Occupational Therapist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages who have a variety of developmental challenges and disabilities. You will be responsible for providing individualized therapy services to help children improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall independence.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each child’s unique needs
– Develop and implement customized treatment plans
– Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
– Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
– Valid license to practice in the state
– Previous experience working with children with disabilities preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, you will work with children who have communication disorders, speech delays, language impairments, and swallowing difficulties. You will play a vital role in helping children improve their communication skills, build confidence, and overcome challenges related to speech and language.
Responsibilities:
– Assess and diagnose communication disorders
– Develop individualized therapy plans to address specific needs
– Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
– Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– Valid license to practice in the state
– ASHA certification preferred
– Experience working with children with communication disorders
As a Rehabilitation Services Provider at Cole Pediatric Therapy, you will work with children who have physical disabilities, injuries, or other health conditions that impact their mobility and functional abilities. You will focus on improving strength, coordination, balance, and overall physical well-being to enhance the quality of life for our young clients.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans
– Provide hands-on therapy sessions to help children achieve their rehabilitation goals
– Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
– Educate parents on home exercise programs and strategies for continued progress
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
– Valid license to practice in the state
– Experience working with pediatric population preferred
– Strong understanding of pediatric rehabilitation techniques
