Position: Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as in court or during negotiations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court pleadings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize on cases
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in Accident & Property Damage Law, Corporation & Partnership Law, or related field preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
