Job Title: Home Builder

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Home Builders to join our team. As a Home Builder at Colina Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure that each home is built to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Supervise construction workers and ensure that all work is completed according to the agreed-upon plans and specifications
• Inspect work in progress to identify any issues or defects and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities and communicate regularly with project managers and other team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction, preferably as a Home Builder or Construction Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of home construction, including framing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and other technical documents
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
