We are currently seeking applicants for the following position:

Job Title: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the Christian faith and a heart for serving young people. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and overseeing our youth ministry program, which includes students in grades 6-12.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging youth programs that focus on spiritual growth, fellowship, and serving others
• Build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers to create a supportive and welcoming community
• Lead weekly youth gatherings, including Bible studies, small groups, and service projects
• Plan and coordinate special events and retreats for youth throughout the year
• Provide mentoring and support to youth as they navigate the challenges of adolescence
• Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate youth into the broader church community
• Communicate regularly with parents and church leadership to provide updates on youth ministry activities and needs

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out the principles of the Christian faith
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Divinity, Youth Ministry, etc.) is preferred
