Are you looking to join a dynamic team of professionals in the construction industry? Colony Builders Inc is currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Altering & Remodeling Contractors, Insulation Contractors, and Siding Contractors.

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractors

As an Altering & Remodeling Contractor at Colony Builders Inc, you will be responsible for:

• Performing alterations and remodeling projects according to client specifications
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Adhering to building codes and safety standards

Position: Insulation Contractors

As an Insulation Contractor at Colony Builders Inc, you will be responsible for:

• Installing various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings
• Assessing buildings to determine insulation needs
• Ensuring proper ventilation and moisture control
• Working with a team to complete projects efficiently
• Following safety protocols at all times

Position: Siding Contractors

As a Siding Contractor at Colony Builders Inc, you will be responsible for:

• Installing and repairing siding on buildings
• Measuring and cutting siding materials accurately
• Ensuring the exterior of buildings is weatherproof and visually appealing
• Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

To be successful in any of the above positions, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
