We are Seeking a Talented Florist to Join Our Team:

We are looking for a skilled and creative florist to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional floral arrangements to our customers. As a Colony Florist team member, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your creativity will be valued and encouraged.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering expert advice on flower selection
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Receive and process flower shipments
• Keep up-to-date on floral design trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a florist
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
• Creative flair and a passion for floral design
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
