Furnaces-Heating Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various heating systems, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating systems
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC technician license or certification
• Prior experience in installing and servicing heating systems
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Plumber

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Collaborate with customers to determine their plumbing needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing license or certification
• Proven experience as a plumber
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Air Conditioning Service & Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC problems
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Keep accurate records of work performed
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication

Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC technician license or certification
• Prior experience in air conditioning service and repair
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
