Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and updating reservations
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new software
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
