The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus
