Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager at Commercial Tennant Construction Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects concurrently
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project documentation and records
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
