Employment Services Specialist

Are you passionate about helping others find meaningful employment opportunities? Do you have experience working in a non-profit setting? If so, we are looking for an Employment Services Specialist to join our team at Community Family Centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients seeking employment
• Assist clients in developing job search strategies
• Conduct workshops on resume writing and interview skills
• Collaborate with local employers to connect clients with job opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local job market and employment trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
