Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Supervise clinic staff and ensure smooth functioning of the clinic
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee patient scheduling and manage patient flow
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Monitor clinic finances and prepare budget reports
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Participate in staff training and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in clinic management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
