Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough background checks on job candidates using various tools and databases
• Verify employment history, education credentials, and professional certifications
• Review criminal records, credit reports, and motor vehicle records
• Compile detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations
• Communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of screening results
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employment screening

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in employment screening, background investigations, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations surrounding background checks
